Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a store credit.

Need a different size?
We're happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, and we'll send your replacement item free anywhere in Australia. If your item is faulty or we've sent you the incorrect item, we'll cover the return postage.

Return Conditions

✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✔ Unworn and unwashed
✔ Original condition with tags attached
✔ Free from perfume, makeup or deodorant marks

Jewellery, headwear, gift cards and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, makeup stains or failure to follow the care instructions are not considered faulty.

Eligible faulty items may be exchanged, repaired, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
