Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit.

If your item isn't the right size, we're happy to assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original saleable condition with tags attached.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Jewellery, headwear and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, makeup stains, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify as faulty.

Eligible faulty items may be exchanged, repaired, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
