Return Policies:
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for Store Credit only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Items must be in unused and saleable condition with original packaging.
Faulty returns within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items can be exchanged or refunded Faulty garments must be faulty by manufacture. A worn item with makeup stains or marks, or an item damaged as a result of failing to follow our care instructions, may be found ineligible for our faulty return process.
Hygiene items like Jewellery and headwear can't be returned unless faulty.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
